These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pewpewranch.com and your membership with Pew Pew Ranch ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Alvarado, Texas. By using this website, registering for membership, or visiting our facility, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who meet all applicable legal requirements and complete our required registration steps, including signing a liability waiver and submitting payment for a selected membership plan. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at our discretion, including for safety, conduct, or legal reasons.

2. Registration & Payment

  • • Online Registration Membership sign-up, plan selection, and payment are completed online through our membership platform and waiver provider, as described on our Membership and FAQ pages.
  • • Membership Plans Current plan options and pricing are listed on our Membership Plans section. We reserve the right to change pricing or plan offerings at any time; changes will not retroactively alter an active billing period already paid.
  • • Key Fob Deposit A separate $50 refundable deposit is required for your key fob, payable at the store upon registration confirmation. This deposit is refunded when the fob is returned in good condition.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • • Monthly Membership May be cancelled at any time. No long-term contract is required.
  • • Annual Household Membership May also be cancelled at any time; however, this plan is non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of an annual term, regardless of when cancellation occurs.
  • • Key Fob Deposit Refundable only upon return of the fob in good working condition. Lost, damaged, or unreturned fobs forfeit the deposit.

4. Onboarding & Range Access Policy

All new memberships require an in-person onboarding session at the range office to complete a membership review, pay the $50 refundable key fob deposit, and receive a gate access fob. First-time access is strictly limited to Monday through Saturday between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Range access privileges are not active until this in-person onboarding process is successfully completed.

5. Facility Access & Conduct

Pew Pew Ranch is a members-only, unsupervised facility. By becoming a member, you agree to follow all posted access rules at all times, including restrictions on guest access, equipment use, and conduct on the premises. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for any violation of posted rules or for conduct that endangers other members or the facility.

6. Liability Waiver

As part of online registration, you are required to sign our liability waiver before your membership is completed and before you may access the facility. The waiver governs your acknowledgment of risk and release of liability related to your use of the range and its facilities. These Terms do not replace or limit the liability waiver — both apply to your membership, and the waiver's terms control with respect to physical risk and injury at the facility.

7. Website Use

You agree to use pewpewranch.com only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website, copy or redistribute its content without permission, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pew Pew Ranch unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation Of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content, including hours, pricing, or availability, is error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pew Pew Ranch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit or replace the separate liability waiver required for physical access to our facility.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your membership will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Johnson County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or for legal or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
